Putnam Highlands Audubon 2019 Birdathon
Birdathon is your local Putnam Highlands Audubon Society’s fundraising appeal, providing us with nearly all of our operating funds.
For 24 hours our teams will seek out as many bird species as possible, surveying from Long Island to the Catskills!
Our birders are again dedicating their efforts to the memory of three stalwarts: Jim and Doug Rod and Marty McGuire.
Come join us for this fun event! Participants welcome, with or without experience. You do not need to commit to the whole 24 hours. Join us for as little or as much time as you like. We’ve even got binoculars and bird ID guides to share. Interested? Want more info?
